Part-Time Sales Associate

Club Pilates Waxhaw | Waxhaw, NC

Club Pilates Waxhaw is looking for a part-time Sales Associate who is confident, personable, and motivated by results.

This role combines sales, relationship-building, member experience, and studio support. You’ll often be the first person a prospective member meets, and your ability to connect, follow up, and create a great experience directly impacts the growth of the studio.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to new leads and prospective members quickly and professionally

• Conduct consistent phone, text, and email follow-up

• Book prospects into Intro classes and support the sales process from initial inquiry through membership enrollment

• Conduct studio tours and build relationships with prospective and current members

• Sell memberships, retail, private training, and other studio offerings

• Meet individual and studio sales goals

• Re-engage prospects who have not yet joined and support member retention efforts

• Provide a welcoming, high-level customer experience for every person entering the studio

• Check members into classes and assist with account questions and general studio needs

• Maintain accurate prospect and member information in ClubReady

• Support grassroots marketing, community events, referral initiatives, and studio promotions

• Help maintain a clean, organized, professional studio environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting sales follow-up

• Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems

• Positive, professional presence with strong customer-service instincts

• Previous sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, or membership-based experience preferred

• Pilates or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

This is a part-time, in-studio position. Availability may include mornings, evenings, and weekends based on studio needs.

Compensation starts at $12/hour plus commission, with total earnings of up to approximately $18/hour based on individual sales performance.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform the normal physical responsibilities associated with operating a fitness studio.
