As a Membership Advisor, you'll introduce prospective members to Club Pilates through consultative conversations, engaging studio tours, and personalized membership recommendations. Every membership you sell represents someone taking the first step toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident.
This isn't a front desk position. It's a consultative sales role where your effort directly impacts your success, your income, and the lives of the members you serve.

Our Membership Advisors are often the first people prospective members meet, making this one of the most important roles in the studio.
What You'll Own
Guide prospective members through the complete sales process, from first inquiry to membership enrollment.
Conduct engaging studio tours and personalized consultations.
Recommend memberships, private training, retail products, and specialty programs based on each person's goals.
Build meaningful relationships that create long-term members and referrals.
Follow up consistently with prospective members using ClubReady CRM.
Maintain strong personal sales performance while contributing to studio goals.
Deliver an exceptional experience for every member and guest.
Represent Club Pilates professionally throughout the community.
Participate in networking events, local partnerships, health fairs, farmers markets, and grassroots marketing initiatives.
Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and feedback.

Requirements
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and overcoming objections.
Ability to learn and use ClubReady and other business systems.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Comfortable participating in community marketing and outreach events.
