About Club Pilates
Born in San Diego in 2007, Club Pilates has grown into the largest boutique Pilates brand in the world—serving millions of workouts each year and building vibrant, wellness-driven communities.
We honor Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method while delivering a modern, welcoming group experience with premium equipment and exceptional service.
Pilates changes lives. Our sales team is how those lives begin their journey.
The Steele Creek Opportunity
This Sales Associate role supports the daily operations and growth of our newly opened Club Pilates studio, helping create an exceptional member experience while supporting the success and continued growth of a new location.
You’ll help continue building momentum for the studio by connecting with leads, booking intro classes, and creating an exceptional experience that turns prospects into long-term members.
This is a sales role with ownership, not a front desk position.

- Fitness experience is helpful—but strong sales instincts matter more
- You’re comfortable working independently during the remote phase
Requirements
